TAI CHI / QIGONG CLASS with Madeleine Piat-Landolt

All ages are welcomed to join in this monthly series of classes which will introduce the guiding principles, preliminary exercises and qigong from an authentic Yang style Tai Chi Chuan as passed traditionally through the lineage of the Tung family from China.  These practices may be easily integrated into our daily lives, building our life force while aligning body, mind, and spirit with great benefit to well-being.  Madeleine Piat-Landolt has studied and trained for many years in China and the United States.

All levels of ability welcome as the practice may be done sitting as well as standing.  FREE
